Rough Draft of Contract, part 2

The details that will be consistent no matter what the job or client.

  • Part of the deal package when commissioned, incorporate commission Rules and regulations as well. The same rules apply.
  • Music Used
  • Copyright anything drawn for animation/ comic strips/ storyboards that were not originally my own idea/or is my idea.
  • Copyright any series/shows/characters/content I have created ((even if it spawned off of an already created idea or is a parody of an idea))
  • Fair Use Clause/Law
  • Credit everything that is used that was not my own

  • Copyright Fair Use for making image & for whatever the commission wants me to draw/make for them

  • Place or website to distribute them & put them up for displays/examples
  • Program to use to make the images
  • Place for money transactions
  • Policies and rule regulations for money transactions.

  • Copyright the anime reviews under the copyright fair use for things that are sed that wasent created by the anime reviewer themselves

–              I will not work on projects without a signed agreement.

–              Do not accept work-for-hire terms.

–              I do not accept all-rights terms (or buyouts)

–              Do not work on speculation.

–              I’ll refuse contracts that deny the artist opportunity to negotiate terms.

–              I’ll establish a studio minimum for work.

–              I will not quote estimates on the spot; allow time for reflection.

–              Establish a policy of delaying before signing a contract.
